About Course
- This course aims to explore the relationships between tour guiding and visitor experience by addressing the complex and multiple roles of the tourist guide in contemporary tourism; reviewing different types of visitors; determining visitor needs and preferences in new product development; and identifying meaningful ways to create a visitor experience in disruptive times.
Objectives
- Students will be able to discuss the complex and multiple roles of a tour guide in contemporary tourism.
- Describe the causes and consequences of the climate crisis.
- Students will be able to differentiate types of tourists and identify consumer needs and preferences in new product development
- Students will be able to indicate meaningful ways to create a visitor experience in disruptive times.

Evaluation
- The results are measured and assessed through the post-test of 100 points. Students must score a total score of 70% or more to be able to obtain the Certificate.
