About Course
- Young people often feel overwhelmed when they encounter the “real world” of work and business. One of the challenges is about how to conduct themselves appropriately in professional contexts. This course aims at providing young people basic ideas and guidelines regarding business etiquette in the areas of online and written communication, in-person interactions, and service provision. By completing the course, students will feel more prepared and empowered in the workplace.
Objectives
- Understand the meaning and importance of business etiquette
- Understand the etiquette in online and written communication
- Understand the etiquette in meetings and professional networking situations
- Understand the etiquette in service provision

- The results are measured and assessed through the post-test of 100 points. Students must score a total score of 70% or more to be able to obtain the Certificate.
